Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at danishenterprisesofficial@gmail.com & +971 545 122 133 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The email address used to place your order

  • The reason for your return or exchange

  • Photos of the item (if it is damaged or defective)

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Every order undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing danishenterprisesofficial@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, less a AED 30 or USD 10 handling fee.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The exact processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Please note that original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees, where applicable, are non-refundable. These charges will only be refunded if the return is the result of an error on our part.

Quality Inspection

All returned products are carefully inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

Items that do not meet our return requirements may be returned to the customer without a refund.

Handcrafted Jewellery

Every Danish Jewellers piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans.

As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, stone placement, enamel work, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewellery and are not considered manufacturing defects or for return. These subtle differences make each piece unique.

We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible.

However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and device displays.
