Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at danishenterprisesofficial@gmail.com OR +971 545 122 133 within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The email address used to place your order

  • The reason for your return or exchange

  • Photos of the item (if it is damaged or defective)

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items

  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or alteration


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Every order undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing danishenterprisesofficial@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged or defective item

  • An incorrect product shipped by us

We will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.

For international returns, customers are also responsible for any customs documentation or shipping fees required by their local carrier.


Quality Inspection

All returned products are carefully inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

Items that do not meet our return requirements may be returned to the customer without a refund.


Handcrafted Jewellery

Every Danish Jewellers piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans.

As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, stone placement, enamel work, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewellery and are not considered manufacturing defects. These subtle differences make each piece unique.

We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible.

However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and device displays.
